Betsy Lister was the only lay person to be a candidate for a seat on the Governor's Highway Safety Bureau and has testified on behalf of Massachusetts Motorcyclists before the Commissioner of Insurance at the rate setting hearings, 2002, 2003 and 2004 and continues to fight for fairness for motorcyclists' insurance and motorcyclists' rights and continues to work closely with legislators and the AG's office on behalf of motorcyclists.

Betsy E Lister was Past President of the Salem Street Business Association for three years, which merged with the Medford Chamber of Commerce December of 2007.

BETSY E LISTER was inducted into the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Hall of Fame for 2010!!

I had to call you to share a compliment you received. My dealership was flabbergasted at how quick you turned around the paperwork to them. When I talked to my even coordinator in commercial, Lucia, she was excited that we were doing a charity event and rushed the yardsticks and gloves. She wanted me to thank you for donating your time to this worthy cause. As you know, we (Progressive) do a lot of events nationally, but always have a soft spot the Veterans in particular.
